GETTING YOU BETTER FASTER
Manual Therapy
Hands-on approach used by physiotherapists to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions. It involves techniques such as manipulation, mobilization, and massage to reduce pain and improve joint mobility.
Pilates Rehabilitation
Exexercise-based therapy that improves core strength, flexibility, and body alignment. It uses controlled movements and breathing techniques to help patients recover from injuries and manage pain.

Shockwave Therapy
A technique that uses sound waves to treat conditions such as chronic pain, tendinitis, and plantar fasciitis. It promotes tissue repair and reduces pain by stimulating the body's natural healing processes.
Soft Tissue Massage
Involves applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia to reduce pain, and promote healing. It can help to alleviate tension, improve range of motion, and prevent injuries.
Postural Correction
A technique that involves identifying and addressing imbalances in the body's alignment and posture. It can help to alleviate pain, reduce the risk of injury, and improve overall physical performance.

Why choose SMARTPHYSIO?
SMARTPHYSIO, formerly known as Sammy Margo Physiotherapy, has been established for over 30 years.

It's a backronym for Sammy Margo Associates Rehabilitation Therapists + Physios.

We started life in the North West London, Hampstead area and established our Totteridge base in 2012 and Highgate base in 2015.
In 2022 post-COVID, the demand for our services increased, and we spread our wings to all of the London areas with two additional bases in Bishopsgate and Soho.
We offer clinic, office, home visits and care home visits in all of the London areas.

We pride ourselves on offering highly specialised expert treatments with our qualified Chartered Physiotherapists and ensure high levels of service with our continuous professional development and quality assurance.

We offer the best results through the application of continuously evolving treatment strategies, expert, individual care and personal attention.

And we are recognised by leading London consultants, surgeons and GPs as a provider of first-class physiotherapy care.

'Getting you better faster' is our motto.
When we see you, we will assess your condition, explain your problem and how we can help, and then treat you to provide maximum benefits in a minimum time frame.
We will then give you an ongoing self-management strategy.

We love a 'hands-on' approach, and we are passionate about our work.
